De Stefani is launching the new Prosecco Rosé 0.15 Millesimato. It is obtained from the local grapes Glera, used for the classical white Prosecco, blended with 15% of the noble Pinot Noir vinificated in red, that donates the wine a delicate salmon color.
The vineyards of the De Stefani family are located in the most prestigious spots of the Prosecco area.
We use our exclusive De Stefani 0.15 method, that contemplates, at different stages during the production process, the sapient change of temperature from 0°C to 15°C, in order to enhance the intensity and finesse of the aroma of the wine.
