Rosé Metodo Classico

Rosé Metodo Classico is produced from the native variety that most represent its area of origin: the Raboso. The word raboso derives from “rabioso”, that in the local dialect describes the strong acidity that this wine has when it is young. This characteristic gives it freshness and longevity. Futhermore the very long aging in the bottle on its lees donate it volume and creaminess in the mouth.

Tasting Characteristics
fine and persistent perlage, light pink colour, fragrant aroma, very delicate of fresh bread crust, full body, aristocratic, smooth, with hazelnut notes.
Food Matching
it can accompany any food matching. Ideal with oysters, fruits de mer and raw prawns.
Le Ronche Estate
The Le Ronche estate is located in Veneto, east of Treviso and north-east of Venice.
