The personal data collected about you will be used by De Stefani, in full respect of the fundamental principles laid down in Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the movement of data; Directive 97/66/EC on the protection of privacy in telecommunications; Directive 97/07/EC and Italian Legislative Decree 185/99 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts; Directive 00/31/EC for electronic commerce; Article 13 EU 2016/679 and Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 'Code regarding the protection of personal data'; Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce. 


Below, we summarize all the operations we perform that involve the collection, storage or processing of your personal data, and our purpose for each of them.

The catalogue thus defined will be kept updated and will be periodically verified by De Stefani, which, through the system of creating and maintaining this catalogue, ensures and guarantees that the above catalogue will not include websites which directly or indirectly feature themes concerning sensitive data as defined by Articles 4 letter D and 26 of Legislative Decree 196/03. Therefore, any processing that may directly or indirectly involve sensitive data will, a priori, be excluded.


Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in points (a), (b), (c) is necessary. In case of a refusal of consent, it will not be possible to provide the services requested.


The Data Controller is De Stefani, headquartered in Via Cadorna 92 Fossalta di Piave, Venice 30020. Any requests pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 should be sent to De Stefani - Via Cadorna 92 Fossalta di Piave, Venice 30020.


Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 (Rights of the interested party) 1. In relation to the processing of personal data, the interested party is entitled to receive confirmation as to the existence or inexistence of his/her personal data, even if it has not yet been recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain information in relation to: 
a. the data source;
b. the purposes of the processing;
c. the processing logic;
d. the identity of the data controller;
e. the persons to whom the data may be communicated.
3. The interested party has also the right to obtain:
a. the updating, rectification or integration of data;
b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data the retention of which is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c. certification that the operations mentioned above have been made known to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right .
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him or, if pertinent, to the purpose of its collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising material.
