In July 1918, at the current headquarter of the DE STEFANI winery in Fossalta di Piave, Ernest Hemingway received the first treatment after being seriously wounded during First World War.
1. WINE TASTING
A guided wine tasting session of 5 different wines. A look at the commemorative plaque dedicated to Ernest Hemingway’s experience in Fossalta di Piave.
Duration: 30 Minutes Price: 12 Euro per person.
Time: from Monday to Friday 8.30-11.30 and 14.30-17.00, on Saturday 8.30-11.30.
2. TOUR HEMINGWINE
A guided tour of the "Le Ronche" estate vineyard, the winemaking cellars mastering the winemaking technique, the ageing cellars, the oak barrels and the barrique room. A look at the commemorative plaque dedicated to Ernest Hemingway’s experience in Fossalta di Piave.
A guided wine tasting session of 5 different wines.

3. TOUR HEMINGWINE GOURMET
It includes the Tour 3 with a finger food matching session with "cicheti", typical local appetizers.
Duration: 90 minutes Price: 45 Euro per person. 8 Euro Child 10-17 years old.
4. TOUR HEMINGWINE GRAND CRU GOURMET
It includes the Tour 3 with a finger food matching session and a tasting session of 5 De Stefani Grand Cru Wines.
Duration: 90 minutes Price: 80 Euro per person. 8 Euro Child 10-17 years old.
5. TOUR HEMINGWINE GRAND CRU GOURMET BACK VINTAGES
It includes the Tour 4 with a finger food matching session and a tasting of 5 Grand Cru Wines, 2 wines out of these 5 will be with a back vintage.
