New Prosecco and Rosé col fondo

Re-exploring the origins of the Venetian wine, we are proud to repropose the Prosecco Col Fondo and the Rosé Col Fondo, as previous generations have done in the past. The wine is bottled in the spring after the harvest and the second fermentation occurs in bottle, making the wine semi-sparkling. It appears “col fondo”, on the lees, with the deposit represented by indigenous natural yeasts that permit the second fermentation. The total absence of sulfites and of residual sugar, make these wines extremely pure and fragrant. Both are created with Venetian natives grapes: the Prosecco Col Fondo with Glera grapes and the Rosé Col Fondo with Raboso grapes.
