The construction of a major new winery is almost being finalized. It will be used for aging the wines and for drying the grapes.

In this way we will be able to mature wines properly, first in the barrels and then in bottle.

The modern and technologically advanced “fruttaio”, the fruit room, will allow us to further enhance our old family tradition.
