Prosecco 0.15 and Rosé 0.15

We are pleased to announce that our Prosecco Metodo Zero and Rosé Metodo Zero are going to change their name to Prosecco 0.15 and Rosé 0.15. 

We would like to focus the attention on our exclusive technique: the method 0.15. The must is quickly chilled to 0°C and then it is submitted to the sparkling process by a single fermentation at 15°C. In this way we are able to emphasize the aroma and the freshness of our Millesimato Sparkling wines.
