Our wine Vitàlys, obtained from Chardonnay grapes, is available again by popular demand. There is a nice upgrade in the wine, since we ferment and age it on the full lees in 225 liter oak barrels. Vitàlys reminds Italy and derives from the Latin word “vitalis”, that means vital, full of life. In fact this wine gives happiness and desire to live through the sensations evoked by its tasting.
