- As NATUR ZERO, I offer the opportunity to revel the celebratory spirit of sparkling wine without the influence of alcohol. Alessandro De Stefani himself proudly created me, saying “NATUR ZERO White Sparkling is a sophisticated and invigorating alternative to traditional sparkling wines, without any compromise on taste or quality. Being an oenologist winemaker, here I use science and technical knowledge to dealcoholize our wine Glera, the same grape we use for our renowned Prosecco, creating a wine that everyone can savor in any occasion.”
